Cappy's was the overall winner. Other places in Tampa I like are Alfonso's (way up on Florida near Bearss), and Paci's and Cesare's, both on Dale Mabry, both on the same side of the street, both near Plant H.S. Some other good places near that part of Dale Mabry are Castellano & Pizzo (I used to go to the long-gone Ybor City location every Saturday), Wright's sandwich shop, Havana Village (almost at Kennedy), and others I can't think of right now.
